Terms and Conditions – 555com Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "555com" refers to the online betting and gaming platform operated at https://555com.click and all associated services.
• "You" / "Player" refers to any person who accesses, registers with, or uses the 555com platform.
• "Account" means the personal account you register with 555com to access betting and gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in your 555com account at any given time, excluding locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback amount, or reward issued by 555com to your account.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any sports bet, casino game stake, or any other monetary commitment placed through the 555com platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees — the sole currency used on 555com.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process 555com may require at any stage.

2Account Registration

To use 555com's betting and gaming services, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a 555com account. Registration is open to individuals resident in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and your own. 555com reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted exactly one 555com account. Opening, attempting to open, or using more than one account — whether registered under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these terms. All accounts identified as belonging to the same individual will be closed. Any balance held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited, including winnings derived from bets placed on those accounts.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

555com may request identity and age verification at any point — on registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during routine compliance checks. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being held until documentation is provided.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for keeping your account details — mobile number, email address, and payment methods — up to date. 555com is not liable for any issues arising from outdated account information including failed withdrawal transfers.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555com login credentials — your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login details with anyone.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your 555com account, you must contact our support team immediately at support@555com.click. 555com will take reasonable steps to secure your account promptly. However, 555com cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where those losses occurred before you notified us.

You are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings. This is available to all 555com players at no cost and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

555com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods available in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Maximum single deposit: stated within the payment interface at the time of transaction

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits to 555com via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay reflect in your account balance instantly under normal conditions. Card deposits and IBFT bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing times. 555com does not charge fees on standard deposits.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified 555com accounts are processed as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 PKT. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

555com does not impose withdrawal fees on standard requests. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — these are outside 555com's control.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

You may only withdraw funds to payment methods that you personally own. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. If a bonus has been applied to your account, the wagering requirement on that bonus must be completed before the bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may also be subject to a short review before withdrawal is processed.

5Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

A bet placed on 555com is final once you receive a bet confirmation. You cannot cancel, amend, or withdraw a bet after confirmation. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager. 555com is not liable for incorrectly placed bets.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum single bet stake: Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market and event type. Market-specific limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing. For high-value bets, contact support to confirm the applicable limit before placing.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet will be voided — and your stake returned — in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; the event does not take place within 72 hours of the scheduled start; a settlement error occurs that cannot be corrected without creating unfairness; 555com determines the event result cannot be verified from an official source. Voided bets in an accumulator are removed and the accumulator recalculated with the remaining legs.

5.4 Settlement

555com settles all bets based on official results from recognised governing bodies — PCB for PSL and cricket, FIFA for football, and equivalent authorities for other sports. Results are settled as quickly as possible after confirmation but 555com does not guarantee a specific settlement timeframe. In the event of a dispute about a result, 555com's decision — based on the official result — is final.

5.5 Obvious Errors

If odds are published on 555com due to a technical error that results in a price obviously inconsistent with the actual market (for example, a major team offered at 100.0 when the correct price is 1.50), 555com reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds. Settlement will be based on the correct price at the time the bet was placed if that price can be determined. Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors will have their accounts reviewed.

6Live Betting

555com's live in-play betting service is available on selected sports events including PSL cricket matches, Premier League football, La Liga, Champions League, and other major competitions. The following additional conditions apply to live bets:

• Live betting odds change continuously as the event progresses. A bet is only confirmed when you receive a bet reference number — clicking an odds button does not guarantee that price.
• 555com may suspend live betting markets at any time during a match — for example during a wicket, goal, penalty, or at the request of the sports data provider. Bets already confirmed before suspension are not affected.
• In-play bets are settled based on the official final result unless the market specifically states otherwise (e.g. "next goal scorer" markets settle based on what happens after the bet is placed, not the final result).
• Cash out is available on selected live markets. The cash out value offered is calculated in real time and may differ from your original potential return. Accepting a cash out is a final decision — it cannot be reversed.

7Casino and Games

555com's casino and games section includes jackpot slots, roulette, ludo games, virtual sports, and other titles. The following conditions apply to all games:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The outcomes of all games are independently determined and cannot be influenced by 555com or the player.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are displayed in the game information panel within each game.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on 555com are updated in real time. The jackpot amount shown at the moment a winning spin occurs is the amount paid. 555com does not guarantee any specific jackpot amount will be reached.
• If a game session is interrupted by a technical failure before completion, the result will be determined either by the game server's last confirmed state or voided with the stake returned — depending on the technical circumstances. 555com's technical team will investigate and communicate the resolution within 48 hours.

8Bonuses and Promotions

555com periodically offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific offer states otherwise:

8.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your 555com account as bonus funds, not withdrawable cash.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the specific multiplier (e.g. ×10, ×20) is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each offer. Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to meet other bonus wagering requirements unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• 555com reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice if abuse or fraud is suspected.

8.2 Welcome Bonus

The 555com welcome bonus for new registrations is subject to the specific terms published at the time of your registration. Where a percentage match bonus is offered, the bonus amount is calculated based on your first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, once per household, and once per payment method.

8.3 Ongoing Promotions

PSL season promotions, weekly football cashback offers, and other time-limited promotions at 555com are each governed by their own specific terms — published alongside each offer. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to, not instead of, offer-specific terms.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 555com and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances where confirmed:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register using your identity
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods
• Money laundering or any attempt to use 555com to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, system bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate profits
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing minors to access your account

555com cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial regulatory bodies in Pakistan. Where prohibited conduct involves suspected criminal activity, 555com will report the matter to the relevant authorities.

10Responsible Gaming

555com is committed to providing a safe betting environment. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take that seriously. The following tools are available to all 555com account holders at no charge:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require 24 hours.
• Session time reminders — set a duration after which 555com will prompt you to take a break.
• Self-exclusion — exclude yourself from 555com for a defined period (minimum 7 days, up to permanent). Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11Privacy and Data

555com collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account on 555com, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is held securely with SSL encryption, is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes, and is used only for the purposes described — account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, communications about your account, and fraud prevention.

12Limitation of Liability

555com provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. 555com is not liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime or service interruptions beyond 555com's reasonable control
• Losses arising from your failure to read and understand the terms of any bet or promotion
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where you failed to take reasonable security precautions
• Decisions made by official sporting bodies regarding results, forfeits, or penalties that affect bet settlements
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind

In all cases, 555com's maximum liability to you for any single claim is limited to the balance held in your account at the time of the claim.

13Amendments to These Terms

555com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus policies, or prohibited conduct rules — 555com will notify registered players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continuing to use 555com after a notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept a material change, you should stop using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect. 14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are written in English and are governed in the spirit of fair dealing between 555com and its players. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of 555com:

1. Contact 555com support at support@555com.click with full details of your complaint. Most disputes are resolved at this stage within 48 hours.
2. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at step 1, request escalation to our senior disputes team. This review will be completed within 7 business days.
3. 555com's final decision on disputes related to betting outcomes, settlement, and bonus awards is binding in accordance with these terms.

555com operates under international gaming standards. Players in Pakistan are responsible for understanding the legal context of online gaming in their jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms constitutes legal advice.
